摘  要:以地下矿山超大规模充填开采的发展趋势为背景,采用Fluent-3D工程流体力学软件,构建充填倍线为3,5,7的三维自流输送模型,通过数值模拟实验,研究浓度为70%、72%、74%的全尾砂充填料浆在直径为10。~200mm管道中输送时的阻力损失规律。结果表明,高浓度全尾砂充填料浆管道输送阻力损失与管径呈指数函数减小的变化关系,当管道直径小于150mm时,阻力损失随管径的变化率较大,管道直径大于150mm时,阻力损失随管径的变化率明显减小;随着水平管道长度的增大,阻力损失线性增大,而充填倍线对高浓度全尾砂充填料浆水力坡度的变化率几乎没有影响;阻力损失随料浆浓度的升高而增大,料浆浓度越高,阻力损失随管径的变化率越大;增大管径可降低浓度对输送阻力损失的影响,大直径管道输送高浓度全尾砂料浆具有良好的可行性。Taking the developing trend of huge scale filling stope m underground mines as background, three dimensional models of self-flow conveying with filling lines of 3, 5 and 7 times were established by the Fluent-3D engineering flow mechanics software. Through numerical simulation experiments, the resistance loss laws of full-railings slurries with concentrations of 70%, 72% and 74% were researched during conveying in the pipes with the diameters from 100 mm to 200 ram. The results showed that the pipeline resistance loss decreased by exponential function along with pipe diameter. When the pipe diameter was less than 150 mm, the change rate of resistance loss along with pipe diameter was higher. On the contrary, the change rate reduced obviously as the pipe diameter over 150 mm. Along the extension of horizontal pipes, the resistance loss increased linearly, whereas the filling lines had little impact on the change rate of the slurry hydraulic slope. The resistance loss enlarged with the increase of slurry concentration. The higher slurry concentration, the greater change rate of resistance loss along with pipe diameter. And increasing the pipe diameter could decrease the affection of concentration on the resistance loss, which proved that the large diameter pipeline had good feasibility for full-tailings filling slurry with high concentration.
