摘 要:直线电机的推力波动是直接影响其运动性能的重要因素,而推力波动的精密测试是指导电机设计和控制的重要前提。传统推力波动测试大多采用滚珠丝杠连接旋转电机进行测试,但旋转电机本身带来的转矩波动以及连接机构的传递效率和精度很大程度地影响了检测精度。该文根据永磁同步直线电机电磁模型和有限元方法分析了直线电机电磁推力特性,提出一种由两个同型号直线电机连接并互为负载,调整相对位置后测得推力波动的检测方法。通过不同实验条件下的对比,选择合适的连接机构,测试最大静推力,并通过数字滤波与快速傅里叶变换分析了推力波动特性。实验结果表明该检测方法具有测试结构简单、检测精度高的优势。The thrust fluctuation mainly affects the motion performance of linear motors. The precision test of the thrust fluctuation thus forms an important prerequisite in the design and control of linear motors. The traditional test mainly adopted the ball screw and the rotary motor, but the torque fluctuation of the rotary motor and the bad transfer efficiency of the ball screw greatly affect the test precision. By analyzing the electromagnetic force characteristics of synchronous linear motors with electromagnetic models and the finite element method, in this paper, a novel thrust fluctuation test method was proposed. The proposed method used two linear motors of the same type to be connected and to be the load mutually,then the thrust fluctuation of the tested motor was measured by adjusting the relative position. By result comparison under different experimental conditions, the suitable connecting mechanism was designed. The maximum static thrust was detected and the thrust fluctuation characteristics were analyzed by Fast Fourier Transform and digital filters. The results show that the detection method has a simple test structure and good test performances, and the proposed method is superior to the traditional ones.
