摘 要:针对某热电厂进行脱硫除尘一体化改造后出现引风机因叶片积灰产生振动这一情况,提出了在风机内加装喷嘴并用含砂射流吹扫叶片的清灰改造方法。利用Fluent软件对改造前后风机的内部流场进行了数值模拟,基于稳态算法得到一个叶片的动态吹扫过程,采用拉格朗日颗粒轨道模型模拟了不同含砂率进行吹扫的情况。结果表明:高速含砂气流既可以增大叶片非工作面压力防止积灰,又可以撞击叶片清理已经粘结在叶片的沉积物,且含砂率为0.1%时候的吹扫效果最佳。As a result of the occurrence of vibration caused by the accumulated dust on induced draft fan blades after the reform of desulfurization-and-dust-removal system of some thermal power plant,the induced draft fan was equipped with internal nozzles and the means of using sand jet was recommended to purge the dust from blades. Software Fluent was used to simulate the internal flow field of induced draft fan before and after the reform. The dynamic purging process of one blade was concluded based on a steady-state algorithm,and the purging with different sand contents was simulated using Lagrange particle trajectory model. Results showed that highspeed sand jet flow could both increase the pressure of non-working surfaces of blades to keep from dust accumulation and hit the blades to remove sediments from surfaces. The purging effect was best when the sand content was 0. 1%.
