摘 要:用0.2%~0.6%硫酸铵辅助乙酸-乙酸钠(HAc-Na Ac)或柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠(CA-SC)复配物对浸灰牛皮进行脱灰,考察了少氨脱灰的实用性。结果表明,仅用0.2%硫酸铵辅助脱灰,就能显著提高HAc-Na Ac和CA-SC在裸皮内的渗透速度,将脱灰时间从2 h以上缩短至40 min。少量硫酸铵与HAc-Na Ac或CA-SC配合使用,可以改善脱灰液的p H缓冲性和裸皮的脱钙效果。此外,即使添加0.6%硫酸铵辅助无氨脱灰材料脱灰,脱灰废水的总氮浓度也能比3.5%硫酸铵脱灰降低75%以上。因此,合适的少氨脱灰技术,既能保持与传统铵盐脱灰法一致的脱灰效果及易操作性,又可以大幅度降低总氮排放量。In order to evaluate the practicability of low-ammonia deliming technology,thedeliming of limed cattle hide pelt by acetic acid - sodium acetate (HAc-NaAc) or citric acid - sodium citrate (CA-SC) eompositein the presence of 0.2%- 0.6% ammonium sulfatewas investigated. The results indicated that penetration rate of HAc-NaAc and CA-SC in pelts could besignificantly acceleratedevenonly 0.2% ammonium sulfate was used. As a result, the delimingtime was shortened from 2 h to 40 min. In addition, the pH buffer action of delimingliquorand the calcium removal extentofpelt were improved whenHAe-NaAc or CA-SC was co-used witha small amount of ammonium sulfate.Compared with conventional delimingusing 3.5% ammonium sulfate, the total nitrogen (TN) concentration in the low-ammonia delimingeffluent was reduced bymore than 75% evenwhen 0.6% ammonium sulfate was used. Therefore, a well-designed low-ammonia deliming technology can keep the advantages in conventional ammonium sulfatedeliming, such as high deliming efficiency and operability, while remarkably reduce TN emission.
