摘  要:为提高发射机系统建模的精度,减小由于元件参数理想化假设引起的模型与实际电路之间的误差,提高信号精度,采用状态空间平均建模法,考虑电路元件的等效寄生参数的影响,对CCM模式下的石油勘探可控源发射机中稳流功率级建立非理想条件下的大信号非线性数学模型,利用MATLAB软件对所建模型进行仿真。与理想模型相比,非理想模型的输出电流仿真波形和实际电路模型的输出电流仿真波形更加一致。通过进一步对仿真测试结果中主要时域指标参数的对比分析,结论表明非理想模型可提高系统建模的精度,减小所建模型与实际电路的偏差。仿真结果验证了所建非理想大信号模型的正确性及可行性,为具体的电路和控制系统设计提供理论依据。In order to improve the modeling accuracy of the system, to reduce the deviation caused by idealized assumptions of the element parameters between the model and the actual circuit, a large-signal model of power stage in CCM for non-ideal Current Stabilization circuit in transmitter for controlled-source sounding was established based on the theory of state- space averaging method. This model considered the influence of every element' s parasitic pa- rameters, and was simulated by MATLAB. Comparing with ideal model and the actual circuit model, the simulation results show the correctness and reasonableness of non-ideal large-signal model. Comparative analysis of the key in- dicators in simulation results shows that the non-ideal model can improve the accuracy of system modeling, and re- duce the deviation between the model and the actual circuit. Therefore, it has certain guiding significance for the specific circuit and control system design.
