摘 要:现代电站,为了进一步提高效率、降低煤耗、减少污染物排放,超临界循环流化床机组技术已经成为火力发电的主要发展方向。而床温是超临界循环流化床机组的主要参数,床温过高过低都会影响机组的安全性和经济性。以某电厂2×350MW超临界循环流化床机组为仿真对象,在仿真支撑平台上,利用模块化建模技术搭建了床温控制相关画面的仿真模型,并联合其它仿真模型进行了调试和试验,在各项扰动的试验基础上对床温的动态特性进行了仿真研究,结果表明所建立的床温控制系统能正确模拟实际机组的床温动态特性,证明了模型的正确性及可用性,可以对电站中的操作技术人员进行岗前培训,对工程技术人员解决实际问题有一定的指导和借鉴作用。Modern power plant, in order to further improve efficiency, reduce the coal consumption, reducing emissions, supercritical circulating fluidized bed technology has become the main development direction of thermal power unit.
