贞芪扶正胶囊与阿德福韦联合治疗对慢性乙肝患者肝纤维化和细胞免疫功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨贞芪扶正胶囊与阿德福韦联合治疗对慢性乙肝患者肝纤维化和细胞免疫功能的影响研究。方法:将92例慢性乙型肝炎患者根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组46例,对照组患者采用口服阿德福韦治疗,观察组患者采用贞芪扶正胶囊与阿德福韦联合治疗,两组均连续治疗12个月,对比观察两组治疗前后肝功能、肝纤维化指标和细胞免疫功能的变化。结果:两组治疗后肝功能指标ALT、AST、GGT、TBIL均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组治疗后ALT和GGT显著低于对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组治疗后肝纤维化指标HA、LN、PCⅢ、IV-C均较治疗前显著降低,观察组治疗后HA、LN、PCⅢ、IV-C分别为(130.43±32.45)U/L、(112.54±18.46)U/L、(122.45±16.50)μmol/L、(85.53±11.43)g/L,均显著低于对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组治疗后CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NK分别为(46.21±5.16)%、(1.83±0.17)%、(12.23±4.26)%,均较治疗前和对照组治疗后显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:在阿德福韦治疗基础上联合贞芪扶正胶囊治疗慢性乙肝可以显著改善患者肝功能,缓解肝脏纤维化,提高细胞免疫功能。Objective.. To explore the efffect of Zhenqifuzheng capsule combined with adefovir on liver fibrosis and cellu lar immune function of chronic hepatitis b patients. Methods： A total of 92 cases chronic hepatitis b patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method By half. Patients in control group were treated by oral adefovir therapy, patients in observation group were treated by zhenqifuzheng capsule combined with adefovir for 12 consecutive months. The liver function, liver fibrosis indexes and cellular immune function before and after the treatment of in two groups were compared. Results： The liver function indexes ALT, AST, GGT, TBIL in two groups after treatment were significantly reduced, and ALT and GGT in observation group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. The liver fibrosis indexes HA, LN, PC]]I , IV-C in two groups after treatment were significantly reduced than before treatment, the liver fibrosis index HA, LN, PC Ill , IV-C in observation group after treatment were （130.43±32.45）U/L, （112. 54±18.46）U/L, （122.45±16.50）umol/L, （85.53±11.43）g/L, respectively, significantly lower than the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. The levels of CD4＋, CD4＋/CD8＋, NK in observation group after treatment were （46.21±5.16） %, （ 1.83 ± 0.17）, （ 12.23 ± 4.26 ） %, respectively significantly higher than before and the con- trol group after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Adefoir therapy jointed with Zhenqifuzheng capsule can significantly im- prove the liver function in chronic hepatitis b patients. It can alleviate hepatic fibrosis, and improve cellular immune function.
