摘  要:针对目前钢铁厂温度采集系统对温度进行精准测量、多点采集和无线传输的需求,提出了基于物联网技术的电弧炉无线测温系统。系统以QRF0600无线射频收发模块和单片机Atmega128a、PIC16F648A为核心,采用单总线数字式温度传感器DS18B20进行准确测温,将采集的温度发送至温度监测仪进行温度实时显示,监测仪将收到的数据发送给上位机以实现数据的存储、查询、显示等功能。实践结果表明该系统具有测温节点功耗低、可靠性高、易于扩展、用户界面操作简单等优点。For the needs of accurate measurement,multipoint collection and wireless transmission of current temper-ature collection system on temperature in iron and steel plant,the wireless temperature measurement system of elec-tric arc furnace is proposed based on the technology of the internet of things. The system takes QRF0600 wireless ra-dio frequency transceiver and single chip Atmega128 a and PIC16F648 A as the core,adopts uni-bus digital tempera-ture sensor DS18B20 for accurate temperature measurement and sends the collected temperature to the temperaturedetector to display the temperature in real-time. Finally,the detector sends the received data to the host computer torealize the storage,inquiry,display and other functions of data. This system equips with advantages of low power dis-sipation of temperature measuring node,high dependability,easy expansion,operable user interface,etc.
