温州市社区卫生服务需求与供给现状调查与评估

摘　　要：目的:了解温州市社区卫生有效服务满足社区不同层次人群的医疗卫生需求情况,以解决常见的基本卫生问题。方法:选取温州市8个区,对300名居民进行调查。结果:居民就诊首选社区卫生服务中心的比例低,仅为17.03%;39.74%的被调查对象从未有过在社区卫生服务中心就诊的经历;对社区卫生服务信任度低,认为"社区卫生服务机构诊疗设施差"和"医护人员素质差"的比例分别为75.5%和50.66%。结论:从社区卫生服务机构、社区居民、政府3个方面着手,根据各环节的问题采取相应对策,以保证社区卫生服务可持续发展。Objective：To know whether the situation of the community health service meets the different levels of community residents＇health needs, in order to solve common, basic health problems. Methods： We investigated 300 residents with a good pre designed questionnaire from g communities. Results：Only 13.03% of people took the community health service institutions as the first choice of getting medical services;39. 74% of people never to the community health service institutions for seeking medical services; the degree of trusting the community health service institutions is very low ; 57.5% and 50.66% of people who were investigated thought the medical facilities were poor and the level of doctors were lower separately. Conclusion： It is necessary to take measures to guarantee the sustainable development of community health service from three as- pects of the community health service organizations, community residents, and government according to the various problems.
