基于中国健康与营养调查数据的我国老年人就医决策影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨影响老年人就医决策的因素及其作用机理。方法:采用安德森卫生服务利用行为模型,构建是否就医的logistic回归模型,结合调节变量和中介变量进行作用机理分析。结果:性别、调查地点、教育、膳食知识水平、饮食偏好、医疗保险、慢性疾病数、疾病严重程度对老年人就医决策产生影响。结论:应积极开展健康教育工作,加强老年人健康管理,健全医疗保障机制,加强社会医疗救助。Objective： To explore the influencing factors of medical decision among the elderly and its mechanisms. Methods： Using the Andersen Health Utilization Model, logistic regression model of medical decision was constructed. The mechanism was explained with the mediator and moderator. Results： Gender, investigation place, education, dietary knowledge, food preferences, insurance, the number of chronic diseases and the disease severity showed statistically significant impact on medical decision. Conclusion： Carrying out health education, strengthening health management of the elderly, improving the medical insurance mechanism, and strengthening the social medical assistance should be positively done.
