摘 要:该矿锡多金属矿含有锡、铜、铅、锌等多种有价金属矿物,综合利用价值高。试验主要在选锡前回收铜、铅、锌等伴生矿物,采用先铜铅部分混合浮选后锌浮选的工艺流程,闭路试验获得Cu品位23.49%,回收率85.98%的铜精矿;Pb品位56.22%,回收率80.77%的铅精矿;Zn品位47.09%,回收率87.21%的锌精矿。试验还获得了含S品位37.75%,回收率74.20%的硫精矿,同时尾矿中Sn的回收率为89.33%。达到了选锡前对铜、铅、锌等伴生矿物综合回收的目的。the Tin-polymetallic Ore had high value, containing many valuable metallic mineral such astin, copper, lead, zinc. In order to callback the associated minerals such as copper, lead, zinc, the technologicalflow sheet of copper-Plead partial bulk flotation was adopted and finally the comprehensive recovery ofcopper,lead,zinc and sulfur was realized,among which the grade of copper, lead,zinc and sulfur was 23.49M,56. 22%,47. 09%,37. 75% and their recovery was 85. 98%, 80. 77%,87. 21% and 74. 20%respectively. At the same time, the associated tin in tailing was concentrated and its total recovery was 89.33 %. reaching the aim of comprehensive recovery to associated minerals such as copper,lead,zinc.
