摘  要:目的调查某回收铅冶炼项目作业环境整改对铅浓度的影响,为同类型企业铅的职业危害防治提供依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查和现场检测相结合的方法,测定工作场所时间加权平均浓度,对铅超标岗位进行整改治理,评估整改后作业场所防护设施的效果。结果现场检测结果显示整改前作业岗位铅时间加权平均浓度均超标,其超限倍数最高为13.1倍,整改后作业岗位铅时间加权平均浓度均合格,铅超限倍数为1.73倍。企业整改后铅浓度明显下降、作业环境明显改善、职业卫生管理明显加强。结论小型铅冶炼企业应完善防护设施,严格遵守职业病危害防护设施的"三同时",加强职业健康日常监督管理。Objective To make a survey of the impact on lead concentration after modification of working environment of a reclaimed-lead metallurgic project, which can provide references of prevention and control of occupational hazards for the same-type projects. Methods We surveyed the occupational health and detected the occupational-disease-inductive factors in the workplace. Results The field test showed that all of lead-working posts had the lead concentrations exceeding the permissible concentration-time weighted average(PC-TWA), with a excursion limits as high as 13.1. After the rectification, the lead-working posts had the qualified time-weighted average concentrations(CTWA), with a excursion limits dropped to 1.73. The environment of the workplace improved with the lead concentration degraded and occupational health management was reinforced obviously after amendment of the enterprise. Conclusion Small enterprises should consummate the occupational- diseases-prevention facilities. It is much necessary to enhance the routine surveillance and management of occupational health and implement the occupationaldisease-prevention-facilities three "simultaneous" rigorously.
