摘　　要：目的了解河南省基层医疗卫生机构法定传染病疫情信息报告质量现况,为制定具体报告管理措施提供理论依据。方法采用多级抽样方法在全省范围内抽取36家医疗机构开展调查。结果全省基层医疗卫生机构传染病漏报率为17.98%,乙类和丙类传染病漏报率分别为17.24%和18.33%,差异无统计学意义（χ^2=0.016,P=0.900）;卫生院/社区卫生服务中心和村卫生室/诊所的漏报率分别为8.70%和50.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）。传染病报告卡信息填写完整率、准确率和录入一致率分别为98.59%、80.28%和97.18%。结论河南省基层医疗卫生机构法定传染病疫情信息报告管理工作有待加强,各地应采用各种措施和手段进一步提高报告质量。Objective To know the reporting quality of notifiable infectious diseases of grassroots medical institutions in Henan Province, and to provide a theoretical basis for targeted management measures. Methods Based on multistage sampling, 36 medical institutions were investigated in Henan Province. Results The average missing reporting rate of notifiable infectious diseases was17.98% in grassroots medical institutions in Henan Province. Missing report rates of class B and C notifiable infectious diseases were 17.24% and 18.33%, respectively, but there was no significantly difference（χ-2=0.016, P=0.900）. The missing report rates of health centers or（community health service centers） and village clinics were 17.24% and 18.33%, respectively, and there was significantly different（P≤0.001）. The rates of infectious diseases report card information on integrity, accuracy and consistency were 98.59%, 80.28% and 97.18%, respectively. Conclusion The administrative function of notifiable infectious diseases of grassroots medical institutions in Henan Province should be strengthened, meanwhile it is also necessary to adopt various measures and methods for the further improvement on the reporting quality.
