照顾者协助脑卒中患者自我管理的相关照顾知识与行为调查

摘　　要：目的调查照顾者协助脑卒中患者自我管理相关知识与行为现状,并分析两者之间的关系。方法采用脑卒中防治知识问卷和基于疾病自我管理下照顾行为评估问卷对270例脑卒中患者主要照顾者进行问卷调查。结果疾病管理知识得分为(19.53±2.65)分;基于疾病自我管理下照顾者相关照顾行为得分为(38.78±8.10)分,得分率为55.40%。研究对象部分疾病管理知识与照顾行为得分成正相关(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者照顾者疾病管理知识与其协助患者自我管理行为水平均有待提高,医务人员在将来的疾病自我管理健康教育中,应将主要照顾者纳为重要对象,提高其协助患者自我管理疾病的能力。Objective To investigate the knowledge and behaviors of caregivers who assist the self-management of stroke patients and to analyze the relationship between them. Methods 270 caregivers were investigated with stroke prevention knowledge questionnaire and caring behavior questionnaire. Results The scores for the disease management knowledge were medium（19.53±2.65） and 38.78±8.10 for caring behavior, and the scoring rate was 55.40%. Part of stroke management knowledge scores were positively correlated with the caring behavior scores（P0.05）. Conclusion The knowledge of stroke management and caring behavior of caregivers need to be further improved. Healthcare workers should include the caregivers as an important part of health education objective, and improve their abilities to assist the self-management of patients.
