摘  要:抵押是贷款信用风险的重要影响因素。抵押林权价值是林权抵押贷款的信用风险保证,可把林权抵押贷款信用风险因素问题转化为对抵押林权风险因素问题的探讨。依据金融资产特征的评价标准,抵押林权风险可分为抵押林权的"安全性风险""盈利性风险"及"流动性风险",具有18个风险因素。阐释这些风险因素,能够为金融机构增强林业信贷风险管理能力提供理论依据,增强服务林业产业发展的能力,也有助于深化集体林权制度改革。Mortgage is the important factor that affects the credit risk of mortgage loan. The value of mortgaged forest right ensures credit risk of forest right mortgage loan. The problem of risk factors of mortgaged forest right can be discussed,which take the place of credit risk factors of forest right mortgage loan. According to the evaluation standard of the characteristics of financial assets, the credit risk of forest right mortgage loan are divided into "security risk", "profitability risk" and "liquidity risk", which has 18 risk factors. Exploring these credit factors can provide the theoretical basis for improving the management ability of forestry credit crisis for financial institution, enhance the ability of service for the development of forestry industry and deepen the reform of the collective forest property system.
