摘　　要：以江泽民同志为核心的党的第三代领导集体高度重视人才发展,其人才战略思想主要内容体现在江泽民一系列重要论述之中,蕴含了丰富的辩证思维,是对毛泽东、邓小平人才思想的继承和发展,其基本特点主要体现在"五个统一":发展主体的设定方面尊重发展的客观规律与尊重人的主体地位相统一;人才的成长规律方面坚持坚定正确的政治方向与精良的专业知识相统一;人才配置效益方面坚持利用好现有人才资源与做好人才战略储备相统一;人才知识结构方面要重视自然科学人才与哲学社会科学人才相统一;营造人才环境方面要重视物质因素与重视非物质因素相统一。认真学习这一思想,对于当前推进中国特色社会主义事业,做好新形势下党的人才工作有重要指导意义。The third generation of central leaders under the leadership of Jiang Zemin puts a strong emphases on the cultivation of talents, whose thoughts of talents strategy are represented among the discourses by Jiang Zemin. The thoughts succeeded and developed the talent thoughts from Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping and so are very dialectical. The features are mainly revealed by the “five unities”, namely, the setup of the development subjects demands the unification of the development law and the subject＇s status, the law of the talents＇ grownup requires the unification of the right political orientation and the precise professional knowledge, the efficiency of the talent allocation needs the centralization of the employment of the given talents and the reservation of the talents, the knowledge structure wants the inclusion of the natural sciences and social sciences, and the circumstance of talents＇ cultivation should take the advantages of material and non- material elements. Better understanding of the thoughts would have a directing significance for the construction of the socialism with the characteristics of China and for the cultivation of talents in the new time.
