人文关怀护理在高白细胞白血病单采治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀护理在高白细胞白血病单采治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2012年6月至2014年7月在血液内科住院需进行白细胞单采治疗的患者82例,分为研究组(42例)和对照组(40例)。研究组在白细胞单采治疗中全程应用人文关怀护理(采集前对患者进行访视、评估,采集中注重环境、体位、穿刺技术、心理支持,采集后追踪观察),对照组采用白细胞单采日常常规护理,比较两组患者穿刺处不良反应发生率、对采集过程护理的满意度。结果研究组对采集过程的护理满意度[95.2%(40/42)]明显高于对照组[70.0%(28/40)],患者不良反应发生率[11.9%(5/42)]低于对照组[45.0%(18/40)],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在白细胞单采治疗中应用人文关怀护理可以降低不良反应发生率,提高患者满意度。Objective To study the application effects of humanistic care in therapeutic hemapheresis for treating high leukocyte leukemia. Methods Totally 82 patients receiving leukapheresis in the hematologic department of our hospital from June 2012 to July 2014 were selected and divided into the study group （42 cases ） and control group （40 cases ）. The study group used the humanistic care during the whole process of therapeutic leukapheresis,including the interview and evaluation before leukapheresis, environment during leukapheresis, position, puncture technique, psychological support and follow-up observation after leukapheresis,while the con- trol group adopted the everyday routine care. The occurrence rate of adverse reactions at puncture site and the care satisfaction degree on leukapheresis process were compared between the two groups. Results The care satisfaction degree on leukapheresis process in the study group[95.2% （40/42）], which was significantly higher than 70.0% （28/40）in the control group, while the occurrence rate of ad- verse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group[ 11.9% （5/42）vs. 45.0% （18/40）], the differences were statis- tically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Applying the humanistic care in the leukapheresis therapy can decrease the incidence rate of adverse reactions and increases patients＇ satisfaction.
