摘 要:目的考察金银花注射液的抗流感病毒作用。方法观察感染流感病毒的小鼠模型注射或灌胃给予不同剂量金银花注射液后的死亡情况、肺指数及肺指数抑制率。结果金银花注射液不同剂量组(6.6、13.2、26.4 g/kg)能明显降低流感病毒感染小鼠死亡率,减轻流感病毒感染小鼠肺部病变,金银花注射液注射给药3个剂量组存活时间、肺指数抑制率与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01);注射给药效果优于灌胃给药,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),抗流感病毒作用呈剂量依赖性,高剂量组注射给药效果优于阳性对照药双黄连注射液,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金银花注射液具有抗流感病毒作用。Objective To investigate the effect of the anti-influenza virus of Honeysuckle Injection. Methods The mortality, lung index and inhibiting rate of lung index were observed in the influenza virus infected mice model by giving different doses of Honeysuckle Injection with injection or gavage. Results The different Honeysuckle Injection doses (6.6,13.2,26.4 g/kg) groups could significantly reduce the mortality of mice infected by influenza virus and alleviated the lung lesion in mice infected by influenza virus, the survival time, inhibiting rate of lung index had statistical differences between 3 doses groups and the model group (P〈0.05 or 0.01 ) ;the effect of injection was better than that of gavage ,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The effect of anti-influenza virus showed the dose-dependence, the effect of the high dose by injection administration was superior to that of the positive control Shuanghuanglian Injection, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Honeysuckle Injection has the effect of anti influenza virus.
