摘　　要：目的探讨围术期针对性护理对腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者手术的影响效果。方法收集我院20t3年5月至2015年2月人院的80例行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者按患者愿意分为两组。对照组患者给予常规护理，实验组患者加施围术期针对性护理，比较两组患者相关临床指标、并发症情况与护理满意度调查结果。结果实验组患者术中出血量（f50．95±10．89）ml]、手术时间[（76．24±16．32）min]、肛门排气时间[（10．58±3．68）h]、下床时间[（7．58±2．73）h]与住院时间[（7．58±3．26）h]显著低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；两组患者感染、疼痛、尿潴留与高碳酸血症单独发生率等比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；实验组患者总并发症发生率（15．0％）显著低于对照组（50．0％），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；实验组患者护理满意度调查结果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论围术期针对性护理对腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者手术的影响效果显著，可提高满意度，具有借鉴性。Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative targeted nursing on laparoscopic oophorocystectomy. Methods 80 cases of laparoscopic oophorocystectomy admitted in our hospital from May 2013 to February 2015 were selected and divided into two groups according to their preferences. Control group received conventional nursing, while experimental group received perioperative targeted nursing. The relevant clinical indicators, complications and the survey result of nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss in experimental group was （50.95±10.89）ml, operation time was （76.24±16.32）min, anal exsufflation time was （10.58±3.68）h, leaving bed time was （7.58±2.73）h, hospital stay was （7.58±3.26）d, significantly less than those in control group, with statistically significant differences between two groups （P〈0.01）. There were no statistically significant differences in the incidences of infection, pain, uroschesis and hypercapnia between two groups （P〉0.05）; the total incidence of complications of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group （15.0% vs.50.0%）, with statistically significant difference between two groups （P〈0.01）. The survey result of nursing satisfaction in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group, with statistically significant difference between two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Perioperative targeted nursing has significant effect on laparoscopic oophorocystectomy, which can improve patients＇ satisfaction, should be of reference in clinical practice.
