摘 要:疲劳性能是人工关节等外科植入物可靠性的关键指标。针对人工髋关节疲劳性能测试问题,开发了专用型人工关节疲劳测试装置,基于装置,根据ISO7206标准,针对人工股骨柄产品进行了体外疲劳试验,并通过三坐标仪对试样进行变形测量与三维重构;此外,对试样中人工股骨柄进行有限元计算,模拟结果与试验所得变形量相吻合;经500万次循环疲劳试验后,该装置运行平稳、无异常,达到设计可靠性标准,能够有效进行人工髋关节疲劳标准测试与评估。Fatigue is a key factor of the reliability of orthopaedic implants, i.e. artificial joints. In this study, a new apparatus for the fatigue testing of artificial hip joints is developed. Via this apparatus, validation tests are performed on the stemmed femoral component according to the ISO7206 standard. And through coordinate measuring machine (CMM), the deformation of the specimen is measured during the procedure. Meanwhile, the 3D virtual prototype was reestablished. Moreover, finite element analysis (FEM) is performed and the results agreed well with the test results. After 5 millions running cycles, the apparatus ran smoothly and uneventfully, which reached the original design requirements. By using this apparatus, an effective testing method for the fatigue evaluation of artificial hip joints can be achieved.
