摘 要:提出一种面向关键结构的装配体结构方案生成方法。根据装配确定性将装配体分解为装配体结构和装配体结构单元,以基本装配体结构以及装配体结构单元作为装配体的关键结构,通过部分包含零部件不同关键结构中功能表面间的连接关系、定性空间位置关系以及两功能表面的类型描述关键结构间的连接关系。讨论关键结构的邻接和组合条件、关键结构邻接条件的扩展方法、关键结构组合方案的装配确定性处理方法。提出先排除可替换关键结构,形成组合方案后再进行结构置换的策略,通过可替换关键结构的置换,形成关键结构组合方案族。借鉴化合物异构体穷举生成和冗余性处理算法,实现装配体结构方案的组合设计。并以阀杆组件为例验证方法的有效性。An assembly body structure project generation method by key structures is presented. An assembly body can be decomposed into assembly body structures and assembly body structure units based on assembly determinacy, Basic assembly body structures and assembly body structure units are used as the key structures of assembly body, the connected relations, qualitative spatial relations between function surfaces which belong to integrant contained components in different key structures, and their types are used to represent the connected relations among key structures. The adjacency and combinatorial conditions among key structures, the extension method of adjacency conditions, the judgment method of assembly certainty in combinatorial projects are discussed. The strategy that the replaceable key structures are removed first and then displaced after combinatorial projects are formed is adopted. The family of key structure combinatorial projects is formed after displacing of replaceable key structures. On the basis of referring to algorithm on compounds isomer exhaustive generation and redundancy analysis, the combinatorial design of structure projects is realized. The method is validated by taking valve rod assemblies as example.
