摘　　要：士是传统社会的重要群体,不同时期有不同的内涵。其在中国古代社会的政治构建、道德教化、文化繁荣和社会稳定等方面中有着清晰的角色定位。这些角色定位不仅对巩固士在传统社会的中坚地位、保障多民族国家统一、维护君主专制有着深远影响,而且在近代中国乃至当今中国都依然烙下了不可磨灭的印记。Scholars are an important group in the traditional society, they have different connotations at different times. They had clear role positionings in the political construction, moral education, cultural prosperity, social stability and others in Chinese ancient society. These role positionings not only had a far-reaching influence on consolidating scholars＇ backbone status in the traditional society, safeguarding the unification of the multi-ethnic country and maintaining absolute monarchy politics, but also left an indelible mark on the modem and even contemporary China.
