摘  要:研究了利用稻草纤维制备加气混凝土的工艺参数。结果表明:稻草纤维掺量低于3%时,对加气混凝土浆体起到增强增韧效果;随着稻草纤维掺量的增加,浆体的流动度降低,料浆的发气高度也逐渐降低,料浆初始流动度为155~160mm,发气速度与稠化速度匹配,制备的加气混凝土强度较高,密度较小;预养护温度过低和过高都不利于发气,45qC为最佳预养护温度。The parameters of preparing aerated concrete with straw fiber were studied. The results showed that the strength and the toughness of aerated concrete slurry were increased as the content of straw fiber was less than 3%. The fluidity of slurry and the initial gas forming rate were all decreased with increasing the straw fiber content. The rate of gas forming and multi-viscosity matches well when the initial fluidity of slurry was between 155 and 160 mm and the aerated concrete obtains a higher strength and a lower density. A high or low pre-curing temperatures was detrimental for the rate of the gas forming and the optimum pre-euring temperature was 45℃.
