摘  要:采用低分子多胺、多聚甲醛与长链酚的曼尼斯反应合成酚醛胺,再配以聚醚胺和促进剂制备柔韧性环氧树脂固化剂,同时通过共混改性的方法对环氧树脂进行改性,制备一种柔韧性环氧树脂堵漏材料。研究了活性稀释剂、增韧剂和固化剂含量对环氧堵漏材料性能的影响。通过配方的优化,得到了可灌性好、性能优异的堵漏材料。A kind of flexible epoxy resin curing agent was prepared by mixing phenolic amine,poly formaldehyde and promot- er. The phenolic amines ware synthesized by Mannich reaction of low molecular polyamine,polyamine and long chain phenol. At the same time,the epoxy resin was modified by blending modification method. Then,a kind of flexible epoxy resin sealing material was prepared. The effect of the content of reactive diluent,toughening agent and curing agent on the properties of epoxy resin sealing material was studied. Through the optimization of the formulation, a new sealing material with good irrigation and excellent performance was obtained.
