摘  要:重点探讨了影响氯氧镁水泥泡沫保温板性能的发泡剂、防水剂的制备与应用。发泡剂主要由Ca(OH)_2为催化剂水解动物蛋白制取,防水剂主要成分是硬脂酸皂化得到的硬脂酸盐。最佳发泡效果的实验条件为:反应温度为100℃,反应时间为6 h,Ca(OH)_2浓度为2.5%。稳泡剂Fe Cl3掺量为发泡剂的0.6%时复配效果最好,稀释后发泡倍数6.39,稳泡时间12 h。当复合碱用量为硬脂酸物质的量的110%时防水剂效果最好,制得的氯氧镁水泥泡沫保温板耐火性为A2级,导热系数0.050 W/(m·K),抗压强度0.31 MPa,吸水率9%。The foaming agent and waterproofing agent will influence the properties of magnesium cement foam insulation board, and the development and application of foaming agent and waterproofing agent were investigated. Foaming agent was mainly from the hydrolysis of animal protein with the catalysis of Ca(OH)2. The main component of waterproofing agent was stearic acid salt which is formed from the saponification of stearic acid. The optimal experimental conditions as follows: reaction temperature is 100 ℃,reaction time is 6h,Ca(OH)2 concentration is 2.5%. The addition of foam stabilizing agent FeC13 is 0.6% of the foam- ing agent which was proved to be the most significant for its synergism effectiveness, with its diluting foaming ratio 6.39 and 12 h stable time. When the molar ratio of stearic acid to compound alkali is 1/1.1,the waterproof effect is proved to be the best. And the fire resistance of magnesium cement foam insulation board is A2 level,the coefficient of thermal conductivity is 0.05 W/(m K),com- pressive strength is 0.31 MPa and bibulous rate is 9%.
