摘　　要：国际贸易救济主要由反补贴、反倾销以及制定相关保障措施等几项内容组成。伴随中美经贸往来的日益密切,两国之间的贸易摩擦也越来越多。期间美国利用反倾销和制定相关保障措施来制裁中国、保护其国内生产企业的做法已经逐渐"落伍",反补贴法粉墨登场。在对反补贴概念及其具体特征进行阐述的基础上,研究了美国反补贴法对我国出口贸易的具体影响,进而提出了相关对策建议。International trade relief mainly consisted of countervailing, anti-dumping and related safeguard measure. Along with the close Sino-US economic trade links, there was more and more trade friction. During that time, US used anti-dumping and relevant safeguard measure to punish China, protected its domestic manufacturing enterprise, and these measures were gradually outdated, so countervailing was introduced. Based on the presentation of definition of countervailing and concrete characteristic, this article studies the impact of US countervailing duty laws on China＇ s export trade, and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
