摘 要:山东某铁精矿中硫含量在0.6%,硫主要赋存于磁黄铁矿中,与磁铁矿紧密共生,确定采用浮选法脱硫。试验了不同矿浆p H值、活化剂、捕收剂对磁黄铁矿浮选分离效果的影响,确定粗选药剂制度为:组合捕收剂(丁基黄药∶丁铵黑药=2∶1)用量200 g/t,矿浆p H值为6.5-7,活化剂(硫酸铜)用量为60 g/t,助选剂用量60 g/t,起泡剂30 g/t;经进一步优化助选剂用量和浮选时间,一粗两扫的浮选闭路流程,铁精矿中硫含量降至0.2%。The sulfur content is 0.6% in Shandong iron ore concentrate, the sulfur is mainly hosted in the magnetic pyrite, and it is closely related with the magnetite. By testing the different pulp pH value, activator, catching collectors on the flotation of pyrrhntite separation effect influence, the roughing reagent system was determined: combination collecting agent (butyl xanthate: ammonium butyl aerofloat = 2: 1) is 200g/t, pulp pH value is 6.5-7, activator of copper sulfate is 60 g/t, electioneering agent is 60 g/t, foaming agent is 30 g/t. It optimize dosage of electioneering agent and flotation time in the flow test, by a rough two sweep closed-circuit fotation process, the sulfur content in iron concentrate fell to 0.2%.
