摘　　要：运用Aspen流程模拟软件,对某炼油装置的污水汽提装置进行模拟,通过调整进料冷热比、降低一级冷凝温度等优化措施,降低了装置能耗,年增效100多万元。The steam stripping device for sewage of a certain petroleum refining unit was simulated by Aspen flow simulation software,optimized measures such as adjusting cold heat ratio of the feed,reducing the primary condensation temperature and etc were adopted to reduce energy consumption of the unit,and profit was increased by more than one million yuan.
