摘　　要：针对支架的特殊结构,结合冲压工艺,完成了零件的总体工艺方案和模具设计。实践证明,冲压工艺设计合理,模具结构简单实用,能满足零件的批量生产及质量要求,对同类零件的模具设计具有一定的参考作用。According to the special structure of the plugin panel, the overall process scheme of the part and the die were designed. The application proved that the stamping process was reasonable and the die structure was simple and useful, the parts met the requirement of mass production and quality.
