微波功率管壳底座冷镦模具设计与制造

摘　　要：针对微波功率管底座的加工问题,分析了功率管壳底座的加工难点,设计了一副加工此零件的冷镦模具,并介绍了模具总体结构、主要零部件的设计关键点和加工难点,解决了管壳底座的加工瓶颈问题。The manufacturing difficulty of a microwave power tube base was analyzed, and a cold heading die was designed. The overall structure of the die and the design point and machining difficulties of key parts were presented, which has solved the bottlenecks of manufacture for the microwave power tube base.
