摘 要:非保持破坏性放电(NSDD)是真空断路器在开断故障电流后发生的电压跌落,不会导致工频电流恢复。与NSDD不同,重击穿时触头间非剩余电流的重现会导致断路器开断失败。在某些型式试验中,NSDD与重击穿现象并不容易区分,相关标准也未给出明确判据,为了能让实验室给出正确的试验结论,文中分别对单相电容器组关合回路与中性点非有效接地系统三相容性电流开合试验替代回路的电击穿过程进行计算,并分析了真空断路器的开断过程,最终分别给出了中性点有效接地系统与中性点非有效接地系统三相容性电流开合试验回路中,评估NSDD和重击穿的方法以及典型示例。通过对国内外标准中有关NSDD观点的演变进行深入分析,更加准确地解读了导则中对NSDD的解释,是对相关标准及导则的完善补充。Non-sustained disruptive discharge(NSDD) is a voltage breakdown after the vacuum circuit-breaker open the fault current which will not cause the recovery of power frequency current. Restrike is different from NSDD,the recovery of power frequency current between the contacts will make the breaker failed. It's not easy to show the distinction between NSDD and restrike during some type tests. Clear appraisal procedure isn't given in the relevant standard. By calculating the process of break-down in single phase capacitive circuit and substitute circuit for non-effectively earthed systems during three-phase capacitive current switching test, and analyzing the character of the vacuum circuit-breaker during the capacitive current breaking, finally, this paper shows the distinction and give an example between NSDD and restrike in effectively earthed neutral systems and also in noneffectively earthed systems for three-phase capacitive current switching test. By analyzing the viewpoint developing about NSDD in both domestic and foreign standard, this paper gives the clear explanation about NSDD in the guide, It's an important supplement for the national standard and STL guide.
