摘  要:绝缘子污秽的可溶性成分的不同会导致绝缘子绝缘性能有较大差别,而等值盐密是表征绝缘子绝缘特性的主要指标,因此研究绝缘子污秽可溶性成分对等值盐密的影响有重要意义。文中以XP-70悬式绝缘子为研究对象,通过在自然环境下6个月的绝缘子污秽累积实验,采集获取了不同累积月份的污秽样本,并通过离子色谱仪(IC)和原子吸收光谱(AAS)分别获取了样品溶液中的阴阳离子质量分数,对阴阳离子的日均值进行了分析,并进一步研究了绝缘子污秽可溶性成分中的阴阳离子与等值盐密的相关性。结果显示,武汉地区绝缘子污秽中Ca2+和Na+的质量分数较大,日均值质量分数分别约为0.6 mg/L和0.2 mg/L;此外,Ca2+与等值盐密的相关性高达0.96,F-、CO32-和SO42-与等值盐密的相关性约为0.8,而Cl-、Na+和等值盐密的相关性分别仅约为0.2和0.1。这表明,由于武汉是内陆城市,等值盐密主要由Ca SO4、Ca F2和Ca CO3决定,而Na Cl对等值盐密的影响不大。研究结果对输变电线路绝缘子污秽清洗时间的选择以及污闪机理的揭示具有一定的参考意义。Different Soluble components of insulator contamination can lead to great differences of insulator's insulating property. And equivalent salt deposit density (ESDD) is a main indicator to characterize insulator's insulating properties. Thus, it is important to study the influence of soluble components of insulator contamination on ESDD. In this study, according the insulator pollution accumulation experimental based on the XP-70 suspended insulators in the natural environment with 6 months, samples with different months are collected. The cations and anions contents in collected sample solution are obtained by ion chromatography (IC) and atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS), respectively. The average daily values of cations and anions are analyzed. Then, the correlations between the various soluble components of insulator contamination and ESDD are analyzed. The results display that content of Ca^2+ and Na^+ is higher in insulator contamination in Wuhan, which average daily values are about 0.6 mg/L and 0.2 mg/L, respectively. Moreover, the correlation between ESDD and Ca^2+ is 0.96, as well as that for F^-,CO3^2- and SO4^2- are all about 0.8. However, the correlations between ESDD and Cl^-, Na^+ is about 0.2 and 0.1, respectively. The analysis can consulate that ESDD mainly is influenced by CaSO4,CaF2 and CaCO3 while NaCl has an little effect on ESDD due to Wuhan is an inland city. The results have an immeasurable referential significance on the cleaning time selection for Insulator Contamination of electric transmission line and revealing pollution flashover mechanism.
