摘 要:目的了解课外活动对医学生职业能力的影响。方法采用《医学生课外活动参与情况调查问卷》和《华瑞职业能力倾向测试量表》等测量工具,通过简单随机抽样方法对福建某高等医学院校的1141名学生进行问卷调查。结果有担任学生干部经历的学生,其职业能力要比未担任过的学生要强;在校期间参加社团活动、志愿者服务和社会实践活动不同程度的学生在职业能力方面的比较差异有统计学意义;平时参加兼职或勤工助学不同程度的学生在职业能力方面的比较差异有统计学意义。结论医学院校应开展多元化的课外活动,使医学生在真实情景中培养职业精神和职业道德,提升职业能力。Objective:To understand the impact of extracurricular activities on the professional competence a- mong medical students. Methods: A random sample of 1141 students in higher vocational colleges in Fujian Prov- ince was recruited in this study. Data was collected using the Medical Student Extracurricular Activities Participa- tion Questionnaire and Huarui Vocational Aptitude Test Scale. Results: The professional competence of the students who served as student cadres were stronger than those who did not. There was a significant difference in the professional ability of students in different degrees of participation in community activities, volunteer service and social practice. Similarly, here was a statistical significance about the vocational ability in students attending differ- ent degrees of part time work. Gonclusion: The medical colleges should undertake diversified activities to develop professionalism and ethics in the real scenario, and enhance professional competence.
