摘　　要：由于患者因为输血感染疾病事件所引发的系列问题,建立风险分担机制迫在眉睫。而建立机制面临着缺乏上位法依据、筹资来源和方式不确定等问题。为此,应该采取如下措施来解决:完善法律基础、建立筹资机制、建立动态调节机制、完善数据采集。Due to a series of issues about transfusion - transmitted diseases in patients, there is an urgent need to establish disease risk sharing mechanism. However, establishment of the mechanism faces with the lack of law basis, the lack of funding sources and the uncertain methods. To this end, the following measures should be taken to address： consummating the legal basis, establishing the financing mechanisms, establishing a dynamic adjustment mechanism, and consummating data collection.
