摘　　要：目的了解北京市三级医院的医患关系现状及性质评价,探讨改善医患关系的措施。方法对北京市6家三级医院的593名医务人员和616名患者进行问卷调查并对结果进行统计分析。结果医务人员对医患关系的评分为2.63分,患者对医患关系现状的评分为3.63份,医患关系呈现出以信托关系为主的多种属性。结论应从加强医德医风建设,加快医疗改革和完善卫生法制建设方面改善医患关系。Objective： To investigate the current status of the doctor - patient relationship of the three A hospi- tals in Beijing and expound the improvement measures. Methods： Questionnaire investigating was conducted in 593 clinical personnel and 616 patients from 6 Three - A hospitals and the data were analyzed. Results： The clini- cal personnel graded the doctor - patient relationship as 2.63, while patients graded it as 3.63. It showed various properties of the doctor - patient relationship based on trust relationship. Conclusion： The doctor - patient rela- tionship could be improved by enhancing the construction of medical morality, accelerating the medical reform and perfecting the health regulation.
