重建医患信任中的“加减乘除”

摘　　要：就用好"加减乘除"法,重建医患信任提出了以下对策与思考:在加强医学人文关怀方面,可在历练"望触叩听"人文细节中提升医生的医学人文素养,在强化沟通意识与学会医患沟通中营造医学人文氛围。在医患互动方面,变"家长式"为"互动式",变"说教式"为换位"体验式",变"强管式"为"服务式"。在深化医疗改革方面,要坚持公立医院的公立性,努力构建分层就诊体系,让各级医院各司其职,要加强初级卫生保健体系建设。在加强医德医风建设方面,要把医德医风建设同社会主义核心价值观教育、医疗实践、强化医院管理相融合。This paper proposed the following measures and thinkings about the use of ＂Add, Subtract, Multi- ply and Divide＂ method and reconstruction of doctor - patient trust. In terms of strengthening medical humanistic concern, the humanistic quality could be improved in the experience of humanistic details of ＂Look, Touch, Knock and Listen＂. Medical humanistic atmosphere could be created through strengthening communication consciousness and learning doctor - patient communication skills. In terms of doctor - patient interaction, it was important to change ＂paternalistic＂ to ＂interactive＂, to change ＂didactic＂ to ＂experiential＂, and to change ＂compulsive＂ to ＂ ministrant＂. In deepening medical reform aspect, it was necessary to adhere to public nature of public hospitals, make efforts to build a stratified treatment system so that all hospitals could carry out their duties, and strengthen the construction of primary health care system. In terms of the construction of medical ethics, it should be integrat- ed with socialist core values education, health care practice and strengthening hosoital management.
