实施同理心护理干预对断指再植术后患者心理及再植指功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨实施同理心护理干预对断指再植术后患者心理及再植指功能恢复的影响。方法将646例断指再植术后患者随机分为对照组、综合治疗组,对照组采用常规治疗及护理,综合治疗组在此基础上实施同理心护理干预,采用血管造影术观察两组患者再植断指血运情况,统计血管危象发生率、血管危象指存活率,并采用再植指功能评分表评分,回访术后6个月功能恢复情况。结果综合治疗组血管危象发生率为5.20%,血管危象指存活率为100%,再植指功能评分提高,术后6个月痊愈率达87%,与对照组比较,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论同理心护理干预可建立良好的护患关系,消除患者精神及心理不良因素,促使患者积极配合治疗,减少血管危象发生,有效提高再植断指存活并促进其功能恢复。Objective： To discuss the effect of empathy nursing intervention on patients＇ psychology and rune- tional recovery after replantation of amputated finger Methods： A total of 646 patients after replantation of ampu- tated finger were randomly divided into control group and comprehensive treatment group. The control group received conventional therapy and nursing, while the comprehensive treatment group added empathy nursing interven- tion. Blood supply situation of the replanted finger was observed in these two groups by angiography. Incidence rate of vascular crisis and the survival rate of blood vessel crisis were counted, and Function Scores of The Replantation Finger was used to test the function of implantation fingers for assessing the function recovery in 6 months followed up after the operation. Results： the survival rate of vascular crisis 87% after six months. Compared The incidence of vascular crisis rate in comprehensive treatment group was 5.20%, and was 100%. The replanted finger＇s function score improved and the recovery rate was with the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Empathy nursing intervention help to establish good nurse -patient relationship, eliminate the unhealthy mental and psychological factors in patients, encourage patients to cooperate with the treatment actively, to reduce the occurrence of vascular crisis, improve survival of the repIantation of amputated finger effectively and promote its＇ functional recovery.
