摘 要:用离子液体(1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐)改性氧化石墨,研究了其对天然橡胶硫化胶物理机械性能和导热性能的影响。结果发现,离子液体成功插入到氧化石墨片层中,得到了改性的氧化石墨烯(GO-ILs);当填充GO-ILs的质量为0.5份时天然橡胶硫化胶的物理机械性能达到最佳,相比未填充者,硫化胶的100%和300%定伸应力以及拉伸强度和撕裂强度分别提高了51%、86%、6%和36%。GO-ILs使得天然橡胶硫化胶的储能模量和玻璃化转变温度下降,导热性能提高;当GO-ILs质量达到4份时,天然橡胶硫化胶的导热系数与未填充者相比可增加91%。Graphite oxide was modified using an ionic liquid( 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate),the effects of ionic liquid modified graphite oxide on the mechanical and thermal conductivity properties of natural rubber( NR) vulcanizates were studied. The results showed that modified graphene oxide( GO-ILs) was obtained by ionic liquid successfully inserting between graphite oxide sheets. The modulus at 100%,modulus at 300%,tensile strength and tear strength of NR vulcanizates filled with a low amount( 0. 5 phr) of GO-ILs were improved 51%,86%,6% and 36% respectively,compared to those of the unfilled NR. The storage modulus and the glass transition temperature of NR vulcanizates filled with GO-ILs decreased, while thermal conductivity increased. When the amount of GO-ILs was 4 phr,the thermal conductivity of vulcanized rubber increased by 91% compared with that of unfilled NR vulcanizates.
