摘 要:通过无转子硫化仪研究了丁基橡胶和溴化丁基橡胶的硫黄硫化体系中促进剂的优化及其硫化动力学。结果表明,Ghoreishy方程可用来描述丁基橡胶和溴化丁基橡胶的硫黄硫化行为,与实验数据的相关性较好。采用硫黄-硬脂酸-氧化锌-促进剂D和CZ组合得到的丁基橡胶硫化胶具有最高的转矩值;而溴化丁基橡胶的硫化速率较快,活化能较低,反应级数较高。促进剂D更有利于提高溴化丁基橡胶的硫化程度,同时并用促进剂CZ可明显改善其降解行为。促进剂CZ对于丁基橡胶硫化程度的促进作用更明显,促进剂D有利于缩短焦烧时间,而促进剂MBTS的促进效果最弱。The accelerators optimization in curing system and cure kinetics of butyl rubber( IIR) and bromobutyl rubber( BIIR) were investigated by isothermal moving die rheometer. The results showed that Ghoreishy's equation could be used to describe the sulfur cure behavior of IIR and BIIR for its good agreement with experimental data. With sulfur-stearic acid-zinc oxide-accelerator D-accelerator CZ system,IIR had maximum torque,and BIIR had a faster curing rate,lower activation energy and a higher reaction order compared with IIR. Accelerator D could improve the curing degree of BIIR and inhibit the degradation behavior evidently together with accelerator CZ. Accelerator CZ had more obvious promotion effect on the curing degree of IIR,accelerator D was helpful to shorten scorching time,and accelerator MBTS exhibited a poor promotion effect.
