摘  要:用乙炔黑(Acetylene black,AB)和离子液体(Ionic liquid,IL)制备了乙炔黑-离子液体复合修饰玻碳电极(AB-ILs/GCE),并进行了电化学阻抗谱(EIS)表征。运用循环伏安法(CV)研究了氨基比林(Am P)在ABsIL/GCE上的电化学行为。结果表明,Am P在GCE电极上于0.41V附近有一不可逆氧化峰。与GCE相比,Am P在ABs/GCE上的氧化峰电位基本不变,氧化峰电流有不同程度的增大;而与ABs/GCE相比,ABs-IL/GCE上的氧化峰电位亦不变,氧化峰电流5。表明ABs-IL/GCE对Am P具有良好的电催化作用。据此建立了Am P含量的电化学定量分析方法,RSD在0.2%~1.4%之间,加标回收率在97.80%~102.3%之间。该方法简便快捷,测定结果令人满意。Acetylene black-Ionic liquid modified glassy carbon electrode( AB-ILs/GCE) was prepared by Acetylene blackand Ionic liquid and characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy( EIS). The electrochemical behaviors of Aminopyrine( Am P) on AB-ILs/GCE were investigated by Cyclic voltammetry( CV) and Differential Pulse Voltammetry( DPV). The exprimental result showed an irreversible oxidation peak appeared on GCE at 0. 41 V.However,the oxidation peak potentials of Am P keep constant on AB/GCE than that of GCE,the oxidation peak currents on AB/GCE increased littler than that of GCE; compared with AB/GCE,the oxidation peak potentials of Am P on AB-ILs/GCEalsokeep constant,the peak currents on AB-ILs/GCE increased 5 times than that of AB/GCE.The experimental result indicated that AB-ILs/GCE could catalyze the oxidation of Am P well.The quantitative determination of Am P content was investigated,the relative standard deviation is between 0. 2% ~ 1. 4%and the recoverage is in the range of97. 80% ~ 102. 3%. The proposed method can be applied in the determination of Am P in commercial samples with satisfied results.
