摘  要:高分辨电感耦合等离子体质谱法(HR-ICP-MS)是痕量元素分析的有效手段。本文采用HR-ICP-MS对环境样品(土壤、底泥、茶叶、地表水)中铀浓度和同位素比值进行了测定。土壤、底泥、茶叶样品采用微波消解法进行溶解;水样采用45μm滤膜过滤后直接测定。实验对样品制备、仪器参数设定、记忆效应消除、质量歧视效应修正等进行了探索,建立了环境样品中痕量铀浓度和同位素比值测定方法。土壤制样过程中铀的加标回收率为97.7%,铀检出限0.51ng·L^(-1)。High resolution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( HR-ICP-MS) is an effective method for trace element analysis.Concentration and isotope ratios of uranium in environmental samples( soil,sediment,tea,surface water) were determined by HR-ICP-MS in this paper. Soil,sediment,tea samples were dissolved by microwave digestion before instrumental analysis. Water samples were directly determined afterfiltration through45μm filter membrane.The experiments ofsample preparation,parameter setting,memory effect eliminating,mass discrimination correction were carried out,to establish a method for determining concentration and isotope ratios of trace uranium in environmental samples.The percent recovery of uranium in soil sample preparation process is97. 7%,the detection limit of uranium is 0. 51ng·L^(-1).
