摘 要:将磨细矿渣在90℃的纯水环境中养护7 d,使浆体硬化,通过水化产物的化学结合水量测定、X射线衍射分析(XRD),扫描电镜观察(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)等,探究了矿渣在无化学激发的条件下的水化产物特性。结果表明:磨细矿渣在高温条件下水化7 d的化学结合水量与水泥在常温下水化1 d的化学结合水量接近;磨细矿渣水化生成絮凝状的凝胶产物,其凝胶含有较高的Al和Mg;水化产物的Ca/Si比较低,远低于水泥的水化产物的Ca/Si比。Grand granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS) paste was prepared by mixing GGBS with water. The GGBS paste hardened after 7 days' curing at 90 ℃. The properties of the hydration products of GGBSwithout alkali activation were investigated by X-Ray diffraction (XRD) , scanning electron microscope (SEM) , and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). The results show that the non-evaporable water content of GGBS cured for 7 days at 90 ℃ is very close to that of cement cured for 1 day at normal temperature. The hydration products have flocculated structure and they are similar to the C-S-H gel produced by cement. The gel produced by GGBS contains much A1 and Mg. The Ca/Si ratio of the gel produced by GGBS is much lower than the C-S-H gel produced by cement.
