摘  要:通过250℃热处理的方法改善橡胶水泥基体界面的结合,对橡胶颗粒、水泥石进行了DSC-TG分析,对热处理前后的水泥石进行了XRD(X-ray diffraction)分析,对橡胶水泥基体界面进行了SEM(scanning electron microscope)-EDS(energy dispersive spectrometer)分析,对橡胶水泥净浆试件进行了抗压强度测试。结果表明:经250℃热处理后,橡胶颗粒会产生部分降解,水泥石结构没有发生破坏性变化,橡胶水泥基体界面裂隙减小,结合明显改善。橡胶水泥净浆强度与热处理前相比提高了28.2%。Analysis of DSC-TG between the rubber particles and cement stones, and the compressive strength of rubber cement paste were tested. The effect of thermal treatment on the structure of rubber cement paste was studied by the XRD test between the cement stone though heating and without heating. And the structure of surface of the rubber cement matrix was observed by means of SEM- EDS. The results show that though 250 ℃ heat treating, part of the rubber particles will resolve, but the structural changes of the cement stones are not destructive. The cracks are minished. The combination is improved significantly. And the strength of the rubber cement paste increases by 28.2% compared with the paste withour heating treatment.
