摘  要:以三羟甲基丙烷单烯丙基醚(TMPME)为交联单体,丙烯酸酯类单体为原料,采用半连续化种子乳液聚合的方法制备TMPME改性的聚丙烯酸酯印花黏合剂,研究分析TMPME的用量和加入方式对印花黏合剂性能的影响。结果表明,在以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯以及丙烯酸为主要单体的共聚体系中,TMPME的加入能够提高印花黏合剂的耐摩擦牢度等级,在预乳化液剩余1/2时向预乳化液中加入TMPME,混合均匀后继续滴加;用量为单体总量3%的条件下,乳液稳定性和单体转化率较高,耐摩擦效果最好。Using trimethylolpropane monoallylether (TMPME) as crosslinking monomer and acrylate monomers as raw materials, polyacrylate printing adhesive modified by TMPME was prepared by the method of semi continuous seed emulsion polymerization. The effects of the dosage and of adding ways of TMPME on the performance of the printing adhesive were studied. The results show that: in the copolymerization system consisting of butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and styrene and acrylic acid, the addition of TMPME can improve the colour fastness to rubbing of the printing adhesive. The conditions are as follows : adding TMPME into the pre-emulsion when half of the pre-emulsion is left, then dropping TMPME after blending. When the TMPME dosage is 3% of all monomers' dosage, the emulsion stability and the monomer conversion rate are higher, and the friction effect is the best.
