摘 要:通过向聚乙烯醇(PVA)中加入防锈剂及其他添加剂,将其放置在烧杯中在设置温度为99℃的恒温水浴锅中加热至完全溶解,再利用涂布流延法将其均匀涂覆在金属表面,然后在干燥箱中加热烘干使其成膜,测定聚乙烯醇防锈膜的防锈性能。通过实验确定了聚乙烯醇防锈包装膜的最佳配方比,即:聚乙烯醇(1799)15 g,聚乙二醇4g,乳化剂OP-10 3 m L,丙三醇3 m L,三乙醇胺6 m L,吐温80 3 m L,苯并三氮唑3 g,苯甲酸钠3 g,十二烷基硫酸钠1 g。利用中性盐雾实验、水溶性测定实验以及电镜实验等对聚乙烯醇防锈包装膜性能进行表征。结果表明,PVA防锈薄膜不仅具有很好的防锈性能,而且具有很好的可剥性和水溶性,符合绿色包装的特点。First, a corrosion inhibitor and other additives were added into poiyvinyl alcohol (PVA) in a beaker, and the beaker was placed in a thermostat water bath with the set temperature of 99 ℃ until the substances were dissolved completely. Then the PVA mixture was painted uniformly onto the metal surface by using cast coating method, and heated in an oven to form a film. Lastly, the rust resistance of the PVA film was detected. The best formula for the PVA antirust packaging film according to the experiments are as follows: PVA (1799) 15 g, polyethylene glycol 4 g, emulsifier of OP-10 3 mL, glycerol 3 mL, triethanolamine 6 mL, polysorbate-80 3 mL, benzotriazole 3 g, sodium benzoate 3 g and sodium dodecyl sulfate 1 g. Neutral salt spray test, the experiment on solubility and electron microscopic experiment were used to characterize the properties of PVA antirust packaging film. The results show that the PVA antirust film not only has very good rust resistance, but it also has very good stripable and water-soluble property, which conforms to the characteristics of green packaging.
