社会转型期农村养老困境的破解——老年公寓和新农保对农村老人心理福利的影响

摘　　要：社会转型期中国农村养老问题陷入极大困境,农村老人心理压力较大。通过中国东部S省L市的实地调研数据建立多元线性回归模型,对村建老年公寓、新农保制度这些新的养老措施在解决农村养老问题、改善农村老人心理福利方面的有效性进行评估。结果表明:(1)在有老年公寓的社区中,老年人心理福利普遍偏低,但住进老年公寓的农村老人心理福利显著提高;(2)参加新农保在整体上显著改善了农村老人的心理福利,但在建有老年公寓的社区,其影响效应却不再显著。所以地区应积极建设村老年公寓,在扩大新农保覆盖面的同时实施灵活的养老账户配置策略并提升社区养老保障水平,进一步有效提高老人的心理福利。Chinese rural elderly support is in great difficulty during social transition, which puts great psychological pressure on the rural elderly. Using the survey data conducted in L City, S Province in eastern China, this article builds logistic regression models to examine the associations between NRSP, living arrangements and psychological well - being of the rural elderly. Results show that： （1） the psy- chological well - being of the elderly living inside community senior centers is significantly lower than those living outside senior centers; however, for rural elderly, living in senior centers significantly im- proves the psychological well - being. （2） Participating in the NRSP significantly promotes the psycho- logical well -being, but the effect is not significant in the lage apartments for the elderly should be built actively. In villages with senior center. Therefore, vil- the meantime of widening the coverage ofNRSP, flexible strategy for pension account allocation should be implemented to raise the level of com- munity old -age security and increase the mental well- being of the elderly.
