摘  要:考察了添加助剂对催化裂化(FCC)催化剂孔结构的影响,并通过N2脱附、吡啶吸附红外(Py-IR)、重油小型固定流化床反应器进行表征,研究了孔结构对FCC催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,加入助剂后,FCC催化剂比表面积有降低趋势,孔体积略有所增大,沸石与基质的表面积之比(Z/M)下降,同时催化剂酸量也有降低趋势,导致了催化剂分子筛比表面积减小,从而使得催化剂活性降低,B酸减少,孔比表面积的降低使催化剂分子筛相对含量下降,柴油收率和总液体收率分别提高了3.18,1.35个百分点,焦炭产率降低了3.9个百分点。The effect of adding additive on pore structure of fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) catalyst and that of pore structure on the properties of FCC catalyst were investigated by NH3 - temperature programmed adsorption, pyridine adsorption infrared spectroscopy ( Py - IR) in a small fixed fluidized bed reactor. The results showed that after adding the additive,the specific surface area of FCC catalyst decreased, pore volume increased slightly, the surface area ratio of zeolite to matrix (Z/M) decreased,and acidity of the catalyst exhibited a downtrend,thus resulting in a decrease of specific surface area of zeolite in the catalyst, so that the catalyst activity reduced. The decrease of B acid and specific surface area lowered the relative content of zeolite in the catalyst, and so the yield of diesel and total liquid improved by 3. 18,1.35 percentage points respectively and that of coke reduced by 3. 9 percent points.
