连续重整装置芳烃抽提系统扩能技术改造

摘　　要：为解决装置大负荷运行的问题,中国石油兰州石化公司连续重整装置芳烃抽提系统将原来的"三苯"抽提改为"二苯"抽提。结果表明,改造后,重整生成油可全部进入到芳烃抽提系统加工,装置处理能力从39 m^3/h提高至62 m^3/h,"三苯"产量可增效2 943万元/a;非芳烃、重芳烃作为下游正己烷、偏三甲苯装置原料,可使2套装置增效2 260万元/a;苯产品质量得到提升,达到"苯-545"要求,与"苯-535"相比可增效1 900万元/a;水洗后非芳烃中溶剂含量由平均99.21μg/g降低至26.32μg/g,芳烃质量分数由平均24.14%下降至1.20%,生产出橡胶工业用溶剂油。In order to solve the problem of heavy load operation of the unit, the previous ＂ benzene, methylbenzene, dimethylbenzene ＂ extraction was changed into ＂ benzene, methylbenzene＂ extraction of aromatic extraction system in the continuous reforming unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, Pet- roChina. The results showed that after revamping,all the reformate flowed into the aromatic extraction system to be processed, the processing capability increasing from 39 m3/h to 62 m3/h, the additional output of ＂ benzene, methylbenzene, dimethylbenzene＂ increasing the benefits by ￥ 29,430 million per year ; as the raw materials of n - hexane and pseudocumene unit, non - aromatics and heavy aro-matics increased the benefits by ￥ 22.6 million per year; the quality of benzene products was improved, which can meet the quality requirement of benzene - 545 ; compared with benzene - 535, the benefits improved ￥19. 00 million per year; after washing, the solvent agent of non - aromatics decreased from average 99.21 μg/g to average 26.32μg/g,the mass fraction of aromatics dropped from average 24.14% to 1.20% and solvent oil for rubber industry was produced.
