摘　　要：通过对直流绝缘监测的基本方法的总结与分析,结合一点接地引起继电保护误动的条件,指出当前直流绝缘监测装置存在的问题及当前设计方法存在的缺陷,并提出控制基于负极对地电压的安全性设计措施和基于系统对地电容的安全性评估方法。Through analysis and summary of the basic method of DC insulation monitoring,combined with conditions of protection relay misoperation because of one point earthing, this paper pointed out the problems of DC insulation monitoring device and defect of current design methods, proposed safety design measures based on control of negative voltage, and safety evaluation methods based on system capacitance analysis.
