摘  要:克拉美丽气田开采中后期井口压力、温度及产量降低,出水量增加,导致原有集输工艺不能满足输送要求,需对集输管网进行优化。对气田井位布局分析认为应采用放射状管网类型,根据井位及井口压力进行井组划分,以管网系统总建造费用最小为目标函数,以管道设计输量、流速和承压能力为约束条件,建立了地面集输管网优化模型,采用分级优化法求解该优化模型。以D1区为例模拟计算,结果表明优选后管网投资节省35%,集输效率提高11%。With the decrease of wellhead pressure, temperature and output as well as the increase in water yield in the mid- to- late process of oil extraction in Kelameili gas field, the current gathering technics could not meet the transportation demands which required optimizing the design of gathering pipe network. After dividing the wells into groups based on the different well locations and wellhead pressure and by analyzing the factual situations of the pipe system, such as the gas carriage amount, the gas-flow rate as well as other restricted conditions, the model of the gathering and transportation pipe network on the ground was established on the condition of the minimum all- in expenditure of construction as the objective function. In the case of D1 district, the total project cost had 35% saved while the gas gathering and transportation efficiency had 11% increased.
